The Journal Measurement Count Dashboad measures the initial material thickness of an engine component after it comes out of the first machining process. With this dashboard, you can see how much material is being ground off versus how much material should be ground off & how many passes are required versus the target number of passes. You can see exactly where in the process you are losing time – part-to-part, side-to-side.
